The principle of air temperature gasifier is a heat exchange equipment that uses air natural convection to heat low-temperature LNG and vaporize it into normal temperature gas. At its heart is the heat exchanger, which extracts powerful heat from the atmosphere in the smallest possible space.

At present,LNG satellite stations are far away from the urban area, which has little impact on land resources. Therefore,LNG air temperature gasifier is the main type of gasifier for small LNG receiving stations, gasification stations and filling stations. Air temperature type gasifier can be divided into two categories according to the use of pressurization type and gas supply type, the structure of the two is basically the same, only slightly different. Mainly, the pressurized air temperature gasifier only has an evaporation part, while the supply air temperature gasifier contains an evaporation part and a heating part.

Although the heat transfer efficiency of LNG air temperature gasifiers is low, the manufacturing cost and operation cost are also very low. They are often used as the main gasifiers in LNG satellite stations (referring to small and medium-sized cities and small natural gas receiving stations and gasification stations far from the gas source).

The disadvantage is that it is very sensitive to environmental temperature, easy to freeze in winter, and its use in the north of China is limited to a certain extent. At the same time, it covers a large area, and it is also limited in the area with few land resources.
